How to order
You can click on the category concerned, and then you will find a list of items. Click on any item you would like to know more about. You can then add the item to the shopping cart if you wish to do so. If you would like to order two or more identical items, you need to add them to the shopping cart individually. By clicking on "View my shopping cart", you can look at your entire order and the total cost. At this point, you can also remove items. If you are done, just fill in the form and finalise your order.
United Kingdom
Please note that we currently cannot accept orders from the United Kingdom (apart from Northern Ireland). However, if you have an order worth at least £ 135 (excluding VAT – so about £170 on our website), please , and we will be able to help.

Prices are listed in Euros (€), Pound Sterling (£) and in US Dollars ($). You can choose your currency by clicking on "Currency choice" on the left hand side. (EUR = Euro, GBP = Pound Sterling, USD = US Dollars)Note: if you are paying through Paypal or by credit card, we can only accept orders in Euros.

It is also possible to let us know your card details (card number, expiry date, 3-digit security number on the back and your telephone number) by telephone, fax or mail.
If sent by email, then please seperate the details by sending the 16 numbers and your phone number to and the expiry date with security code to . - Different ways: iDEAL, Mastercard, Maestro, Giropay, Visa, Sofort banking, Mister cash (Belgium)
- Mastercard: You can finalize the payment online by a secure connection using the link you will see after placing your order.

Due to security reasons, we strongly advise you not to supply credit card information via email.

Delivery
Most items can be delivered immediately after we have received your payment. We are not responsible for damage to or loss of merchandise during shipment. Loss is only insured when you pay an additional charge for registered mail.
